This is an original Bob Marley oil music painting by artist Christopher Clark. Bob Marley defines reggae music, period. His songs were charged with political cries for freedom and civil rights, as well as love and peace for humanity. It’s hard to imagine that a reggae group today doesn’t have roots with Bob Marley. He was also a prolific songwriter and recorder, with an extensive discography of studio and live music. He was truly a Lion, and he left this world far too soon. But will always be remembered and celebrated, and this oil painting is my way of doing so.
